After cutting the fabric pieces for a quilt, put all the pieces for each section or block in a Zip Lock bag and label them.

To make an easy and inexpensive design wall, use a flat flannel sheet, flannel backed tablecloth, or a large piece of batting attached to the wall.
Now you can hang blocks using light pressure, and they will stick.
After blocks are in the order that makes you smile, take a picture. That way, if something gets moved, you will know where it should go.
